Cocktail Spotlight: Pump-Tini at PUMP

Inspired by the one and only Lisa Vanderpump’s opening quote on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, this is my new phrase.
If you know West Hollywood, you are fully aware that PUMP is a neighborhood go-to spot for gorgeous garden-inspired outdoor drinking and dining. What would the restaurant be if numerous items on the menu didn’t have a PUMP-y pun on them? It wouldn’t be a restaurant crafted by Lisa Vanderpump.
When hitting PUMP, I knew I had to try the Pump-Tini, one of the restaurant’s popular signature cocktails.
The Pump-Tini ($14) consists of Vanderpump Vodka, Pavan liqeuer, fresh grapefruit juice, muddled raspberry, and is garnished with a sugar rim.
I am not usually a martini girl, but this drink goes down so smoothly… and completely changes my opinion! Ditch the everyday plain martinis, and upgrade to a much flirtier version of the traditional drink. The fresh fruit and sugar combination makes for a less-potent vodka tang. It’s so beautifully presented with its baby pink hue and fun sugar rim. It’s a total picture-worthy concoction and you can’t help but feel fabulous when you drink it.
