An Oscar Worthy Libation with VIVA XXXII Tequila

Lights, camera, action! It's my favorite time of the year again: awards season! Not only do I love watching the shows (the Academy Awards specifically) but part of the fun is indulging in those fabulous star studded cocktails to sip on while watching. 

The one I'll be imbibing with is a gorgeous (and healthy might I add) cocktail with VIVA XXXII Tequila! Using beet juice and some sweetness, it's a total Oscar worthy libation. Not to mention, the fact that it's so clean in terms of ingredients would totally be approved by Hollywood! 

Here's the recipe for a cocktail that has totally won in my eyes! 

Beet You to The Podium

Ingredients: 

      1 1/2 oz of VIVA XXXII Joven

     1 oz Fresh Squeezed Beet juice

   3/4 oz Ginger Syrup

     1/2 oz Lime Juice

      1/4 Simple Syrup

Directions: 

     Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake 

     Strain into Nick & Nora Glass

      Garnish with Sprig of Thyme
